Conference Program Overview
IMC-SEME 2026 will be held from 26 October to 31 October 2026 at The Meridian Lodge & Event Center in Berlin, Germany. The programme is designed to support substantive academic exchange across the conference's four themes through a mix of formats and scheduled time for informal conversation.
Over six days, the conference will include keynote addresses, parallel technical sessions, panel discussions, poster presentations, and workshops. Participants will have multiple opportunities to present their work, engage with researchers from other fields, and build connections that extend beyond the conference itself.
📋 Program Updates
Detailed session schedules, including paper presentation allocations and thematic tracks, will be published on the official conference website periodically. Registered participants will receive program updates via email.
Presentation Format
All accepted oral presentations follow a standardised format to keep sessions on schedule and allow time for discussion.
Each presentation session is allocated 40 minutes, structured as follows:
- Presentation: 30 minutes
- Question and Answer Session: 10 minutes
This format gives presenters sufficient time to communicate their findings while leaving room for questions and discussion.
🖥️ Technical Facilities
All presentation rooms will be fully equipped with modern audiovisual facilities, including:
- Multimedia projector
- Projection screen
- Laptop computer
- Professional audio system
Poster presentations will take place in the conference exhibition and poster hall, with designated viewing periods that encourage in-depth discussion between presenters and attendees.
