Registration Categories and Fees
All participants pay a registration fee, which covers full conference access, materials, certificates, coffee breaks, lunches, and networking events.

Your registration includes: Full conference participation, conference materials, official certificate, coffee breaks, lunches, and networking events. Student participants must provide valid student identification. Invited Speaker registration also includes complimentary accommodation at The Meridian Lodge & Event Center for the conference dates (see Venue & Contact for details).
💰 VAT Information
All fees are exclusive of VAT. A 10% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added where applicable in accordance with German tax regulations.
Co-Author and Companion Registration (Optional)
Participants may register co-authors or companions (spouses, family members, or professional collaborators). Co-authors receive full conference access and materials but do not present a separate paper unless registered as a main author. See the fees below.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
💳 Payment Methods
All fees are payable in Euro (€).
Accepted payment methods include:
- International bank transfer
- Western Union transfer
Detailed payment instructions will be provided after registration confirmation.
📅 Cancellation Policy
- Participants who cancel their registration before September 15, 2026 are eligible for a full refund minus a 15% administrative processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 15, 2026.
- Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant if cancellation occurs after the deadline.
🛂 Visa Denial Policy
If your visa application is denied, you may request a full refund of the registration fee, excluding bank transfer charges, provided that official documentation of visa refusal is submitted to the organizing committee by October 1, 2026.
⚠️ Important
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Bank charges are non-refundable.
Registration Process
- Complete the Registration Form – Fill out all required fields online.
- Receive Confirmation and Invoice – Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration invoice and official invitation letter.
- Make Payment – Complete the payment according to the instructions provided in the invoice.
- Receive Final Confirmation – Once payment is verified, you will receive your final registration confirmation and additional conference details.
